Uses: Dairy products such as milk, cheese, sour cream, ice cream and yogurt have a number of added preservatives, including potassium sorbate, natamycin, used to prevent mold growth on cheese and tartaric acid. It is widely used on meat products and keep them fresh. Natamycin suspension can be added directly (spraying or immersion) to the food.
