Natamycin 50% in Lactose is a mixture of Lactose and Natamycin. Natamycin, also called Pimaricin, E235, CAS no.7681-93-8, food preservative. Function: new high-efficient natural food preservative. It can be used on several kinds of food to inhibit the growth of mould, yeast and fungi and would not impact on food taste. It is safe for human being. Uses: use in dairy foods (cheese) bread, baked foods to preserve and keep them fresh.
